Ed Spiegel - Founder, CEO

Ed has been active in the Multi-Family Industry since 2007, having presented the RentMineOnline concept at a range of Industry events. Prior to founding the company, Ed worked as a Senior Associate at DFJ ePlanet Ventures in Silicon Valley. Ed began his career in 1999 as a Business Development Analyst for SoftCoin, a technology start-up in San Francisco. During college, Ed founded a home painting franchise. He holds an Engineering degree from Duke University and an MBA from INSEAD. Ed enjoys traveling and has visited countries on 5 continents.

Kevin Lochner - Technology Director

Kevin received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, working in the Artificial Intelligence Lab under Professor Michael Wellman. As one of the original fellows of the multi-disciplinary STIET program in e-commerce, his research at Michigan focused on multiattribute auctions and automated trading agents. Prior to graduate school, Kevin graduated cum laude from Duke University with a double-major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Kevin has previous work experience as a Hardware Engineer at Silicon Graphics and also as an Engineering Consultant at OG Technology in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he co-authored a successful $2 million NIST grant application. Kevin is a sports addict, most recently picking up a new triathlon habit.

Alex Hoye

Alex was co-founder and former CEO of B2B Internet auction company, GoIndustry. After growing GoIndustry across 15 countries, Alex took the company public on the AIM in 2006. Since then, he has been an active angel investor and strategic advisor in a number of Internet businesses across the areas of search, advertising, and marketplaces. Alex began his career at McKinsey & Co. He holds a B.A. from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
